Yosh Han

Yosh Han is the founder YOSH olfactory sense. She is a nose, super taster, level 1 Sommelier and former tasting judge for the International Chocolate Salon in San Francisco. While she loves to teach and speak about these subjects, she enjoys creative collaborations with other artists in these fields. She is currently a Creative in Residence at The Battery in San Francisco. As an entrepreneur with over 15 years experience in the Flavor and Fragrance industry, Yosh serves on the Advisory Board for other beauty and beverage brands. Yosh is a pioneer of American Perfumery and champion of West Coast Perfumery in particular, having co-produced the first West Coast Artisan Salon in 2012. She has been a panelist at Pitti Fragranze in Florence, Italy and Beauty Industry West in Los Angeles, California.

Her eponymous collection of fragrances has retailed globally in haute parfumeries like Barneys New York, Liberty London, Saks Fifth Ave Dubai, Isetan Tokyo and Anthropologie. Other clients include IDEO, CIA Napa, DARPA, Four Seasons Resorts, Campari, One Kings Lane, Gilt Groupe, SF Opera, Asian Art Museum and others. Yosh has co-created many experiential events including an edible scavenger hunt in Medellín, Colombia, a contemporary opera in Buenos Aires with ZZK Records and most recently an art x technology installation in Long Beach, California for The Art of Bloom.

In addition to being a perfumer, she holds Reiki 1&2 distinctions and is a professionally trained clairvoyant.  Yosh uses intuition as a medium as well as an art form. She reads people’s energy privately as well as on-stage internationally with translators. In 2012, Refinery 29 recognized her as best Aura Reader. Her innovative approach to creativity transcends the tangible and engages all six senses, including intuition.

When she’s not designing, Yosh celebrates Life by sailing, scuba diving and swimming in the open water. Micronesia is one of her favorite spots to commune with Divine Spirit.
