Darin Klein

Darin Klein has spent over 20 years curating and producing exhibitions, artists' publications, and arts programs which have been featured at venues including the Broad, Hammer Museum, LACMA, ONE National Gay & Lesbian Archives, Outfest Platinum, Printed Matter’s LA Art Book Fair (Geffen Contemporary at MoCA), and REDCAT (Los Angeles); MOMA, Printed Matter’s NY Art Book Fair (Dia:Chelsea, Philips de Pury, MOMA PS1), and White Columns (New York); and the 54th San Francisco International Film Festival, Baer Ridgeway / 2nd floor projects, New Langton Arts, scene/escena, and SFMOMA (San Francisco).

Darin currently works as the Associate Director of Events and Programs at the Broad Museum, in Los Angeles.

In 2016 and 2018, Darin Klein co-organized and produced with Saskia Wilson-Brown the Biennial Scent Fair LA. The fair was first held at the Hammer Museum in Los Angeles in 2016, featuring 40 international exhibitors, workshops and classes, a panel discussion, and the Third Annual Art and Olfaction Awards. In 2018, he brought the event to the Craft and Folk Art Museum, and in 2020 it returns to the institution, now Craft Contemporary.
